crunch time

oh no... the dateline getting closer and there is so far not light seen at the end of the tunnel... all efforts seems fruitless... am i missing something? i already did as i was told and still no success .... oh god please help .... only you can lead me to the light ...

A win finally .....

After a long wait, the we got our 2nd win of the season. It was a successful transition handover to the new man in charge. After last week disaster, i step down from head coach to make way for Fir to take over at helm. I guess i have brought the team as far as i could. Its up to Fir now to bring the team forward. Had my ups and down in during my time. The most memorable was the team was able to beat the current league leader of the premier division. And the lowest point was last week drubbing. With more new players now lining up to play for the team, the future looks a little bit brighter for the club.....

Fishing...

wow... i never thought fishing can release stress.... recently i've just bought a set of fishing rod for myself... and amazingly my first catch is an octopus??? the following trip i manage to catch 5 fishes but all are from the family of the catfish family (3 usat and 2 sembilang)... can't wait for my next fishing trip... yay!!

Losing Interest

Lately I am fast losing interest to work at my workplace. It no longer making me happy to work there. My close colleagues are fast diminishing and with the future look so bleak, i can't bring myself to put my best work anymore. Even at the moment there are some new projects coming in, i can foresee that more and more projects are being taken over to the branch in China. Sooner or later there will be no more projects to be handle here. Then what will happen? Close down?... With recently i had my hand in management, i am fast losing the interest in working as an employee. I'm now more interested in working as an employer which means running my own business. FnB would be my choice of business because i just love food :-P ... Another mode of business would be a music studio as i have already experience as a user and it is fun to work with music :-) ... to bad i don't have any paper qualification though... all i have is experience... anyway i have come to a point where i need a change in career... i've already had my hands in engineering .. i would love to persue my other dreams and try my hands at other profession....

Lousy Weekend

Sigh... my first lost in 2009 and first lost officially as a manager.... after a great start to the year, the defeat had put the brakes on the celebration... but it was a blessing in disguise as .... i could trully see the actual state of the team fragile mentality of the players... they had the abilities but not the mental strength to push through till the end... i vow to try and rally the guys up and be ready for the next match...

Done at last!!

Finally a rest period for me.... no more projects .... hmmm planning to take leave and go for a holiday... perhaps at current state financial state i should go to my grandma's place in Malaysia to relax and rest... the slower pace of life there will help me unwind....

Don't dwell on what have been done but instead look into what have to be done...

After exactly 1 year later....

Hey.. I'm Back .... i can't believe i've been gone for a long time.... hmmm let me see... latest update... I am now an engineer in my company, been together with my gf for 3 years (glad its finally all's well)... my soccer team is progressing as planned, we will be taking part in more official tournaments... and lastly i've got my own car :) .... hihihihi... yes i got my license hahaha after delaying for so long i've finally did it... 1 month after i pass, i bought myself a car... with the help of my friend who is a car dealer... i'll post the pictures soon if i got time.. its time i update this blog anyway... need some dusting... thats all for now... got work to do... continue later....
